REgistration Open for April 2026 Lecture by Dr. Teece at UC Berkeley
On Wednesday, April 1, 2026, Dr. Teece and Dr. Nicolas Petit will present the 2026 David E. Nelson Memorial Lecture, hosted by the Berkeley Center for Law and Technology (BCLT) at the University of California, Berkeley.
The lecture will take place at 4pm Pacific Time, followed by Q&A and reception.
In their presentation, “Two Schools, One Economy: The Disconnect Between the Business and Law Schools on the Digital Economy” Dr. Teece and Dr. Petit will address the ideas behind this academic rift and explores what competition and innovation policy might look like if business and law schools cross-pollinated more seriously.
